제68조(납세조합원의 중간예납 특례) 납세조합이 중간예납기간 중 제150조에 따라 그 조합원의 해당 소득에 대한 소득세를 매월 징수하여 납부한 경우에는 그 소득에 대한 중간예납을 하지 아니한다.

Where a tax association collects and pays income tax on the corresponding income of its members monthly during the interim prepayment period in accordance with Article 150, such members shall not make interim prepayment on that income.
