제19조(사용증명서의 청구) 법 제39조제1항에 따라 사용증명서를 청구할 수 있는 자는 계속하여 30일 이상 근무한 근로자로 하되, 청구할 수 있는 기한은 퇴직 후 3년 이내로 한다.
Translation
① A person who may request a certificate of employment under Article 39(1) of the Act shall be a worker who has continuously worked for 30 days or more. However, the period for requesting such certificate shall be within 3 years after retirement.
