제23조의3 명단공개 내용ㆍ기간 등

고용노동부장관은 법 제43조의2제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 내용을 공개한다.
1. 체불사업주의 성명ㆍ나이ㆍ상호ㆍ주소(체불사업주가 법인인 경우에는 그 대표자의 성명ㆍ나이ㆍ주소 및 법인의 명칭ㆍ주소를 말한다)
2. 명단 공개 기준일 이전 3년간의 임금등 체불액
The Minister of Employment and Labor shall disclose the following contents pursuant to Article 43-2 (1) of the Act. 1. The name, age, trade name, and address of the employer in arrears (if the employer in arrears is a corporation, this refers to the name, age, and address of its representative, and the name and address of the corporation). 2. The amount of wages, etc. in arrears for the three years prior to the date of public disclosure criteria.
제1항에 따른 공개는 관보에 싣거나 인터넷 홈페이지, 관할 지방고용노동관서 게시판 또는 그 밖에 열람이 가능한 공공장소에 3년간 게시하는 방법으로 한다.
The public disclosure under paragraph (1) shall be made by publishing in the Official Gazette or by posting on the Internet homepage, the bulletin board of the competent Regional Employment and Labor Office, or other publicly accessible places for three years.
