① The Minister of Employment and Labor shall entrust the following work to the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service") pursuant to Article 43-5 (1) of the Act. 1. Guidance on matters necessary for explanation pursuant to Article 43-4 (2) of the Act and Article 23-7 (2) of this Decree. 2. Receipt of explanatory materials submitted pursuant to Article 43-4 (2) of the Act and Article 23-7 (3) of this Decree, and investigation of facts concerning the explanatory materials.
