제39조(취직인허증의 재교부) 사용자 또는 15세 미만인 자는 취직인허증이 못쓰게 되거나 이를 잃어버린 경우에는 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 지체 없이 재교부 신청을 하여야 한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
Translation
① An employer or a person under the age of 15 shall, without delay, apply for reissuance of the work permit when it becomes unusable or is lost, in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10417, Jul. 12, 2010>
