제4조(특별한 경우의 평균임금) 법 제2조제1항제6호, 이 영 제2조 및 제3조에 따라 평균임금을 산정할 수 없는 경우에는 고용노동부장관이 정하는 바에 따른다. <개정 2010.7.12>

Translation

① When the average wage cannot be calculated in accordance with Article 2 (1) 6 of the Act and Articles 2 and 3 of this Decree, it shall be calculated as determined by the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Presidential Decree No. 22250, Jul. 12, 2010>
