제40조(임산부 등의 사용 금지 직종) 법 제65조에 따라 임산부, 임산부가 아닌 18세 이상인 여성 및 18세 미만인 자의 사용이 금지되는 직종의 범위는 별표 4와 같다.

① The scope of occupations where the employment of pregnant women, women aged 18 or over who are not pregnant, and persons under the age of 18 is prohibited, pursuant to Article 65 of the Act, shall be as specified in Attached Table 4.
