제41조(근로시간의 계산) 법 제69조 및 「산업안전보건법」 제139조에 따른 근로시간은 휴게시간을 제외한 근로시간을 말한다. <개정 2019.12.24>
Translation
① Working hours as prescribed by Article 69 of this Act and Article 139 of the 「Occupational Safety and Health Act」 shall mean working hours excluding rest periods. <Amended by Dec. 24, 2019>
