법 제78조제2항에 따른 업무상 질병과 요양의 범위는 별표 5와 같다.

The scope of occupational diseases and medical care under Article 78(2) of the Act shall be as specified in Attached Table 5.

②

사용자는 근로자가 취업 중에 업무상 질병에 걸리거나 부상 또는 사망한 경우에는 지체 없이 의사의 진단을 받도록 하여야 한다.

When a worker contracts an occupational disease or suffers an injury or death during employment, the employer shall have the worker promptly undergo a medical examination by a doctor.
