제49조(같은 순위자) 같은 순위의 유족보상 수급권자가 2명 이상 있는 경우에는 그 인원수에 따라 똑같이 나누어 유족보상을 한다.

When there are two or more beneficiaries of survivors' compensation benefits of the same rank, the survivors' compensation benefits shall be divided equally among them according to the number of persons.
