제50조 보상을 받기로 확정된 자의 사망

제50조(보상을 받기로 확정된 자의 사망) 유족보상을 받기로 확정된 유족이 사망한 때에는 같은 순위자가 있는 경우에는 같은 순위자에게, 같은 순위자가 없는 경우에는 그 다음 순위자에게 유족보상을 한다.
Translation
If a dependent entitled to survivor's benefits dies, the survivor's benefits shall be paid to the person of the same priority if there is one, and if there is no person of the same priority, to the person of the next priority.
