①
장해보상은 근로자의 부상 또는 질병이 완치된 후 지체 없이 하여야 한다.
Compensation for disability shall be made without delay after the employee's injury or illness is completely cured.
②
유족보상 및 장례비의 지급은 근로자가 사망한 후 지체 없이 하여야 한다. <개정 2021.3.30>
Compensation for death and funeral expenses shall be paid without delay after the employee's death. <Amended by Act No. 17970, Mar. 30, 2021>
