제52조(재해보상 시의 평균임금 산정 사유 발생일) 재해보상을 하는 경우에는 사망 또는 부상의 원인이 되는 사고가 발생한 날 또는 진단에 따라 질병이 발생되었다고 확정된 날을 평균임금의 산정 사유가 발생한 날로 한다.
