제54조(기숙사규칙안의 게시 등) 사용자는 법 제99조제2항에 따라 근로자의 과반수를 대표하는 자의 동의를 받으려는 경우 기숙사에 기숙하는 근로자의 과반수가 18세 미만인 때에는 기숙사규칙안을 7일 이상 기숙사의 보기 쉬운 장소에 게시하거나 갖추어 두어 알린 후에 동의를 받아야 한다.
Translation
Where an employer intends to obtain the consent of a representative of the majority of workers pursuant to Article 99(2) of the Act, if the majority of the workers residing in the dormitory are under 18 years of age, the employer shall obtain consent after posting or making available the draft dormitory rules in a conspicuous place in the dormitory for at least 7 days and providing notice.
