제55조 기숙사의 구조와 설비

1. 침실 하나에 8명 이하의 인원이 거주할 수 있는 구조일 것
2. 화장실과 세면ㆍ목욕시설을 적절하게 갖출 것
3. 채광과 환기를 위한 적절한 설비 등을 갖출 것
4. 적절한 냉ㆍ난방 설비 또는 기구를 갖출 것
5. 화재 예방 및 화재 발생 시 안전조치를 위한 설비 또는 장치를 갖출 것
① When installing a dormitory, the employer shall satisfy all of the following standards regarding the structure and facilities of the dormitory in accordance with Article 100 of the Act. <Amended by Act No. XXXX, Nov. 19, 2021> 1. The structure shall allow for no more than 8 persons to reside in one bedroom. 2. Appropriate facilities for toilets, washing, and bathing shall be provided. 3. Appropriate facilities for lighting and ventilation shall be provided. 4. Appropriate heating and cooling facilities or equipment shall be provided. 5. Facilities or devices for fire prevention and safety measures in case of fire shall be provided.
