제106조(소액 처리) 공단은 징수하여야 할 금액이나 반환하여야 할 금액이 1건당 2천원 미만인 경우(제47조제5항, 제57조제5항 후단 및 제101조제4항 후단에 따라 각각 상계 처리할 수 있는 본인일부부담금 환급금 및 가입자나 피부양자에게 지급하여야 하는 금액은 제외한다)에는 징수 또는 반환하지 아니한다. <개정 2013.5.22, 2016.2.3, 2022.12.27>

① The Corporation shall not collect or refund any amount where the amount to be collected or refunded is less than 2,000 won per case (excluding refunds of co-payments that can be offset under Article 47(5), Article 57(5) last part, and Article 101(4) last part, and amounts to be paid to subscribers or dependants). <Amended by Act No. 11828, May 22, 2013, Act No. 14003, Feb. 3, 2016, Act No. 19101, Dec. 27, 2022>
