①
가입자 자격의 취득ㆍ변동 및 상실은 제8조부터 제10조까지의 규정에 따른 자격의 취득ㆍ변동 및 상실의 시기로 소급하여 효력을 발생한다. 이 경우 보험자는 그 사실을 확인할 수 있다.
The acquisition, change, and loss of subscriber qualifications shall take effect retroactively from the time of acquisition, change, and loss of qualifications pursuant to Articles 8 through 10. In this case, the insurer may confirm such facts.

가입자나 가입자이었던 사람 또는 피부양자나 피부양자이었던 사람은 제1항에 따른 확인을 청구할 수 있다.
A subscriber, a former subscriber, a dependent, or a former dependent may request confirmation pursuant to paragraph ①.
