제111조(권한의 위임) 이 법에 따른 보건복지부장관의 권한은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 일부를 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사에게 위임할 수 있다.

① The authority of the Minister of Health and Welfare under this Act may be delegated, in part, to the Mayor of Seoul Special City, the Mayor of Metropolitan City, the Mayor of Special Self-Governing City, the Governor of Province, or the Governor of Special Self-Governing Province, as prescribed by Presidential Decree.
