제113조 징수위탁보험료등의 배분 및 납입 등

공단은 자신이 징수한 보험료와 그에 따른 징수금 또는 징수위탁보험료등의 금액이 징수하여야 할 총액에 부족한 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 기준, 방법에 따라 이를 배분하여 납부 처리하여야 한다. 다만, 납부의무자가 다른 의사를 표시한 때에는 그에 따른다.
When the amount of premiums collected by the Corporation, and the associated collection fees or commissioned premiums, etc., is insufficient to cover the total amount to be collected, the Corporation shall distribute and process the payment according to the standards and methods prescribed by Presidential Decree. However, if the obligor expresses a different intention, it shall be followed.
공단은 징수위탁보험료등을 징수한 때에는 이를 지체 없이 해당 보험별 기금에 납입하여야 한다.
When the Corporation collects commissioned premiums, etc., it shall pay them into the fund for the relevant insurance without delay.
