공단은 「국민연금법」, 「산업재해보상보험법」, 「고용보험법」 및 「임금채권보장법」에 따라 국민연금기금, 산업재해보상보험및예방기금, 고용보험기금 및 임금채권보장기금으로부터 각각 지급받은 출연금을 제14조제1항제11호에 따른 업무에 소요되는 비용에 사용하여야 한다.
The Corporation shall use the contributions received from the National Pension Fund, the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance and Prevention Fund, the Employment Insurance Fund, and the Wage Claims Guarantee Fund pursuant to the 「National Pension Act」, the 「Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act」, the 「Employment Insurance Act」, and the 「Wage Claims Guarantee Act」, respectively, for the expenses required for the business set forth in Article 14, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 11.
제1항에 따라 지급받은 출연금의 관리 및 운용 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the management and operation of contributions received pursuant to Paragraph 1 shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
