제116조(벌칙) 제97조제2항을 위반하여 보고 또는 서류 제출을 하지 아니한 자, 거짓으로 보고하거나 거짓 서류를 제출한 자, 검사나 질문을 거부ㆍ방해 또는 기피한 자는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
Translation
Any person who fails to submit a report or documents in violation of Article 97(2), or who submits a false report or false documents, or who refuses, obstructs, or evades an inspection or questioning shall be punished by a fine of not more than 10 million won.
