제117조(벌칙) 제42조제5항을 위반한 자 또는 제49조제2항을 위반하여 요양비 명세서나 요양 명세를 적은 영수증을 내주지 아니한 자는 500만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
Translation
A person who violates Article 42 (5) or who, in violation of Article 49 (2), fails to issue a statement of medical expenses or a receipt stating the details of medical care shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 5 million won.
