다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에게는 500만원 이하의 과태료를 부과한다. <개정 2016.3.22, 2018.3.27>
1. 제7조를 위반하여 신고를 하지 아니하거나 거짓으로 신고한 사용자
2. 정당한 사유 없이 제94조제1항을 위반하여 신고ㆍ서류제출을 하지 아니하거나 거짓으로 신고ㆍ서류제출을 한 자
3. 정당한 사유 없이 제97조제1항, 제3항, 제4항, 제5항을 위반하여 보고ㆍ서류제출을 하지 아니하거나 거짓으로 보고ㆍ서류제출을 한 자
4. 제98조제4항을 위반하여 행정처분을 받은 사실 또는 행정처분절차가 진행 중인 사실을 지체 없이 알리지 아니한 자
5. 정당한 사유 없이 제101조제2항을 위반하여 서류를 제출하지 아니하거나 거짓으로 제출한 자
A fine not exceeding 5 million won shall be imposed on any person falling under any of the following subparagraphs. <Amended by Act No. 13162, Mar. 22, 2016, Act No. 15490, Mar. 27, 2018> 1. An employer who fails to report or falsely reports in violation of Article 7 2. A person who fails to report or submit documents, or falsely reports or submits documents in violation of Article 94 (1) without justifiable grounds 3. A person who fails to report or submit documents, or falsely reports or submits documents in violation of Article 97 (1), (3), (4), or (5) without justifiable grounds 4. A person who fails to promptly notify of facts that administrative disposition has been received or that administrative disposition procedures are underway, in violation of Article 98 (4) 5. A person who fails to submit documents or falsely submits documents in violation of Article 101 (2) without justifiable grounds
다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에게는 100만원 이하의 과태료를 부과한다. <개정 2013.5.22, 2016.3.22, 2019.12.3, 2020.12.29, 2023.5.19>

3. 제12조제4항을 위반하여 정당한 사유 없이 건강보험증이나 신분증명서로 가입자 또는 피부양자의 본인 여부 및 그 자격을 확인하지 아니하고 요양급여를 실시한 자
4. 제96조의4를 위반하여 서류를 보존하지 아니한 자
5. 제103조에 따른 명령을 위반한 자
6. 제105조를 위반한 자

제3항 및 제4항에 따른 과태료는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 보건복지부장관이 부과ㆍ징수한다. <개정 2013.5.22>
The administrative fines under paragraphs (3) and (4) shall be imposed and collected by the Minister of Health and Welfare as prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 11700, May. 22, 2013>
