The Articles of Incorporation of the Corporation shall state the following matters: 1. Purpose 2. Name 3. Location of the office 4. Matters concerning executives and employees 5. Operation of the Board of Directors 6. Matters concerning the Financial Operations Committee 7. Matters concerning insurance premiums and insurance benefits 8. Matters concerning budget and settlement of accounts 9. Matters concerning assets and accounting 10. Business and its execution 11. Matters concerning the amendment of the Articles of Incorporation 12. Matters concerning public notice
공단은 정관을 변경하려면 보건복지부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다.
