①
공단의 상임임원과 직원은 그 직무 외에 영리를 목적으로 하는 사업에 종사하지 못한다.
Full-time executives and employees of the Corporation shall not engage in business for profit other than their duties.
②
공단의 상임임원이 임명권자 또는 제청권자의 허가를 받거나 공단의 직원이 이사장의 허가를 받은 경우에는 비영리 목적의 업무를 겸할 수 있다.
Full-time executives of the Corporation may hold concurrent positions for non-profit purposes with the permission of the appointing authority or the proposing authority, or employees of the Corporation may hold concurrent positions for non-profit purposes with the permission of the President.
