제30조(대리인의 선임) 이사장은 공단 업무에 관한 모든 재판상의 행위 또는 재판 외의 행위를 대행하게 하기 위하여 공단의 이사 또는 직원 중에서 대리인을 선임할 수 있다.

① The Chairperson may appoint an agent from among the directors or employees of the Corporation to represent the Corporation in all judicial acts or non-judicial acts concerning the business of the Corporation.
