①
이사장은 공단의 이익과 자기의 이익이 상반되는 사항에 대하여는 공단을 대표하지 못한다. 이 경우 감사가 공단을 대표한다.
The chairperson shall not represent the Corporation in matters where the interests of the Corporation and their own interests conflict. In this case, the auditor shall represent the Corporation.
②
공단과 이사장 사이의 소송은 제1항을 준용한다.
Litigation between the Corporation and the chairperson shall be governed by Paragraph ① by analogy.
