제32조(이사장 권한의 위임) 이 법에 규정된 이사장의 권한 중 급여의 제한, 보험료의 납입고지 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 분사무소의 장에게 위임할 수 있다.

① The authority of the chairperson prescribed by this Act, such as the limitation of remuneration and notification of insurance premium payment, which are determined by Presidential Decree, may be delegated to the head of a branch office in accordance with the articles of incorporation.
