①
제45조제1항에 따른 요양급여비용의 계약 및 제84조에 따른 결손처분 등 보험재정에 관련된 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하기 위하여 공단에 재정운영위원회를 둔다.
In order to deliberate and decide on matters related to the insurance finance, such as the contract for medical care benefit costs under Article 45 (1) and the write-off of bad debts under Article 84, a Finance Management Committee shall be established in the Corporation.

재정운영위원회의 위원장은 제34조제1항제3호에 따른 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다.
The Chairperson of the Finance Management Committee shall be elected by mutual election from among the members under Article 34 (1) 3.
