제36조(예산) 공단은 회계연도마다 예산안을 편성하여 이사회의 의결을 거친 후 보건복지부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. 예산을 변경할 때에도 또한 같다. <개정 2016.3.22>
Translation
① The Corporation shall prepare a budget proposal for each fiscal year, obtain resolution from the Board of Directors, and then receive approval from the Minister of Health and Welfare. The same shall apply when amending the budget. <Amended by Act No. 13990, Mar. 22, 2016>
