Translation
①
공단은 회계연도마다 결산보고서와 사업보고서를 작성하여 다음해 2월 말일까지 보건복지부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.
The Corporation shall prepare a settlement report and a business report for each accounting year and report them to the Minister of Health and Welfare by the end of February of the following year.
②
공단은 제1항에 따라 결산보고서와 사업보고서를 보건복지부장관에게 보고하였을 때에는 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 내용을 공고하여야 한다.
When the Corporation reports the settlement report and the business report to the Minister of Health and Welfare pursuant to paragraph ①, it shall publicly announce the contents thereof as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
