제39조의2(재난적의료비 지원사업에 대한 출연) 공단은 「재난적의료비 지원에 관한 법률」에 따른 재난적의료비 지원사업에 사용되는 비용에 충당하기 위하여 매년 예산의 범위에서 출연할 수 있다. 이 경우 출연 금액의 상한 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

① The Corporation may contribute, within the scope of its budget each year, to cover the costs used for the catastrophic medical expenses support project under the 「Act on Support for Catastrophic Medical Expenses」. In this case, matters necessary for the upper limit of the contribution amount, etc. shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
