제41조의5(방문요양급여) 가입자 또는 피부양자가 질병이나 부상으로 거동이 불편한 경우 등 보건복지부령으로 정하는 사유에 해당하는 경우에는 가입자 또는 피부양자를 직접 방문하여 제41조에 따른 요양급여를 실시할 수 있다.

① Where a subscriber or dependent falls under the reasons prescribed by ordinance of the Minister of Health and Welfare, such as when they are inconvenient to move due to illness or injury, home care benefits prescribed in Article 41 may be provided by directly visiting the subscriber or dependent.
