Article 43 (Reporting on the Status of Medical Care Institutions)
제43조 요양기관 현황에 대한 신고

요양기관은 제47조에 따라 요양급여비용을 최초로 청구하는 때에 요양기관의 시설ㆍ장비 및 인력 등에 대한 현황을 제62조에 따른 건강보험심사평가원(이하 "심사평가원"이라 한다)에 신고하여야 한다.
A medical care institution shall, at the time of first claiming medical care benefit costs pursuant to Article 47, report the status of its facilities, equipment, and personnel, etc. to the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Review and Assessment Service") pursuant to Article 62.
요양기관은 제1항에 따라 신고한 내용(제45조에 따른 요양급여비용의 증감에 관련된 사항만 해당한다)이 변경된 경우에는 그 변경된 날부터 15일 이내에 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 심사평가원에 신고하여야 한다.
If there is a change in the content reported pursuant to Paragraph ① (limited to matters related to the increase or decrease of medical care benefit costs pursuant to Article 45), the medical care institution shall report such changes to the Review and Assessment Service within 15 days from the date of change, in accordance with the matters prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
제1항 및 제2항에 따른 신고의 범위, 대상, 방법 및 절차 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the scope, 대상, methods, and procedures of reporting pursuant to Paragraphs ① and ② shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
