제46조(약제ㆍ치료재료에 대한 요양급여비용의 산정) 제41조제1항제2호의 약제ㆍ치료재료(이하 "약제ㆍ치료재료"라 한다)에 대한 요양급여비용은 제45조에도 불구하고 요양기관의 약제ㆍ치료재료 구입금액 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 달리 산정할 수 있다.
Translation
① Medical care benefit costs for medicines and therapeutic materials (hereinafter referred to as "medicines and therapeutic materials") prescribed in Article 41(1)2., notwithstanding Article 45, may be calculated differently according to the matters prescribed by Presidential Decree, taking into consideration the purchase price of medicines and therapeutic materials by medical institutions.
