제52조 건강검진

공단은 가입자와 피부양자에 대하여 질병의 조기 발견과 그에 따른 요양급여를 하기 위하여 건강검진을 실시한다.
The Corporation shall conduct health examinations for insured persons and their dependents to detect diseases early and provide medical benefits accordingly.
제1항에 따른 건강검진의 종류 및 대상은 다음 각 호와 같다. <신설 2018.12.11>
1. 일반건강검진: 직장가입자, 세대주인 지역가입자, 20세 이상인 지역가입자 및 20세 이상인 피부양자
2. 암검진: 「암관리법」 제11조제2항에 따른 암의 종류별 검진주기와 연령 기준 등에 해당하는 사람
3. 영유아건강검진: 6세 미만의 가입자 및 피부양자
The types and subjects of health examinations under paragraph ① shall be as follows. <Newly enacted 2018.12.11> 1. General Health Examination: Insured persons of workplaces, regional insured persons who are heads of households, regional insured persons aged 20 or over, and dependents aged 20 or over 2. Cancer Screening: Persons who meet the screening intervals and age criteria for each type of cancer under Article 11 (2) of the 「Act on Cancer Control」. 3. Infant and Child Health Examination: Insured persons and their dependents under the age of 6.
제1항에 따른 건강검진의 검진항목은 성별, 연령 등의 특성 및 생애 주기에 맞게 설계되어야 한다. <신설 2018.12.11>
The examination items for health examinations under paragraph ① shall be designed to suit characteristics such as gender, age, and life cycle. <Newly enacted 2018.12.11>
제1항에 따른 건강검진의 횟수ㆍ절차와 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2018.12.11>
The frequency, procedures, and other necessary matters for health examinations under paragraph ① shall be determined by Presidential Decree. <Amended 2018.12.11>
