제55조(급여의 확인) 공단은 보험급여를 할 때 필요하다고 인정되면 보험급여를 받는 사람에게 문서와 그 밖의 물건을 제출하도록 요구하거나 관계인을 시켜 질문 또는 진단하게 할 수 있다.
