보험급여를 받을 권리는 양도하거나 압류할 수 없다. <개정 2014.5.20>
The right to receive insurance benefits shall not be assigned or attached. <Amended by Act No. 12607, May 20, 2014>

제56조의2제1항에 따라 요양비등수급계좌에 입금된 요양비등은 압류할 수 없다. <신설 2014.5.20>
