「고등교육법」 제14조제2항에 따른 교원 중 교수ㆍ부교수 및 조교수는 「국가공무원법」 제64조 및 「사립학교법」 제55조제1항에도 불구하고 소속대학 총장의 허가를 받아 진료심사평가위원회 위원의 직무를 겸할 수 있다.
Notwithstanding Article 64 of the State Public Officials Act and Article 55 (1) of the Private School Act, professors, associate professors, and assistant professors among the faculty members as referred to in Article 14 (2) of the Higher Education Act may concurrently hold the duties of a member of the Medical Treatment Review and Assessment Committee with the permission of the president of their affiliated university.
제1항에 따라 대학의 교원이 진료심사평가위원회 위원을 겸하는 경우 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary when a university faculty member concurrently holds the position of a member of the Medical Treatment Review and Assessment Committee pursuant to Paragraph ① shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
