심사평가원은 제63조제1항에 따른 업무(같은 항 제5호에 따른 업무는 제외한다)를 하기 위하여 공단으로부터 부담금을 징수할 수 있다.
The HIRA may collect contributions from the Corporation to perform the duties under Article 63 (1) (excluding the duties under subparagraph 5 of the same paragraph).
심사평가원은 제63조제1항제5호에 따라 급여비용의 심사 또는 의료의 적정성 평가에 관한 업무를 위탁받은 경우에는 위탁자로부터 수수료를 받을 수 있다.
When the HIRA is entrusted with duties concerning the review of payment costs or the evaluation of the appropriateness of medical care under Article 63 (1) 5, it may receive fees from the entrusting party.
제1항과 제2항에 따른 부담금 및 수수료의 금액ㆍ징수 방법 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the amount, collection method, etc. of contributions and fees under paragraphs ① and ② shall be determined by Ordinances of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
