제68조(준용 규정) 심사평가원에 관하여 제14조제3항ㆍ제4항, 제16조, 제17조(같은 조 제1항제6호 및 제7호는 제외한다), 제18조, 제19조, 제22조부터 제32조까지, 제35조제1항, 제36조, 제37조, 제39조 및 제40조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "공단"은 "심사평가원"으로, "이사장"은 "원장"으로 본다. <개정 2013.5.22>
Translation
The provisions of Article 14(3) and (4), Article 16, Article 17 (excluding subparagraphs 6 and 7 of paragraph 1 of the same Article), Article 18, Article 19, Articles 22 through 32, Article 35(1), Article 36, Article 37, Article 39, and Article 40 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Review and Assessment Board. In this case, "the Corporation" shall be deemed to be "the Review and Assessment Board," and "the President" shall be deemed to be "the Director." <Amended by Act No. 11804, May 22, 2013>
