제73조 보험료율 등

직장가입자의 보험료율은 1천분의 80의 범위에서 심의위원회의 의결을 거쳐 대통령령으로 정한다.
The insurance premium rate for workplace subscribers shall be determined by Presidential Decree after deliberation by the Deliberation Committee, within the range of 80 out of 1,000.
국외에서 업무에 종사하고 있는 직장가입자에 대한 보험료율은 제1항에 따라 정해진 보험료율의 100분의 50으로 한다.
The insurance premium rate for workplace subscribers working overseas shall be 50 percent of the insurance premium rate determined under Paragraph ①.
지역가입자의 보험료율과 재산보험료부과점수당 금액은 심의위원회의 의결을 거쳐 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2024.2.6>
