제79조 보험료등의 납입 고지

공단은 보험료등을 징수하려면 그 금액을 결정하여 납부의무자에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 문서로 납입 고지를 하여야 한다.

직장가입자의 사용자가 2명 이상인 경우 또는 지역가입자의 세대가 2명 이상으로 구성된 경우 그 중 1명에게 한 고지는 해당 사업장의 다른 사용자 또는 세대 구성원인 다른 지역가입자 모두에게 효력이 있는 것으로 본다.
