Article 81-6 (Notification of Payment, etc. by Electronic Document)
제81조의6 전자문서에 의한 납입 고지 등

납부의무자가 제79조제1항에 따른 납입 고지 또는 제81조제1항에 따른 독촉을 전자문서교환방식 등에 의한 전자문서로 해줄 것을 신청하는 경우에는 공단은 전자문서로 고지 또는 독촉할 수 있다. 이 경우 전자문서 고지 및 독촉에 대한 신청 방법ㆍ절차 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.
If a person liable for payment applies for notification of payment under Article 79 (1) or demand for payment under Article 81 (1) to be made by electronic document through an electronic document exchange method, etc., the Corporation may provide notification or demand for payment by electronic document. In this case, matters necessary for the application method, procedures, etc. for notification and demand for payment by electronic document shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
공단이 제1항에 따라 전자문서로 고지 또는 독촉하는 경우에는 전자문서가 보건복지부령으로 정하는 정보통신망에 저장되거나 납부의무자가 지정한 전자우편주소에 입력된 때에 납입 고지 또는 독촉이 그 납부의무자에게 도달된 것으로 본다.
If the Corporation provides notification or demand for payment by electronic document pursuant to paragraph (1), the notification of payment or demand for payment shall be deemed to have reached the person liable for payment when the electronic document is stored in an information and communication network prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare or is entered into the electronic mail address designated by the person liable for payment.
