Article 82 (Installment Payment of Arrears in Insurance Premiums)
제82조 체납보험료의 분할납부

공단은 보험료를 3회 이상 체납한 자가 신청하는 경우 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 분할납부를 승인할 수 있다. <개정 2018.3.27>
The Corporation may, upon application by a person who has arrears in insurance premiums for three or more installments, approve installment payments in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance. <Amended by Act No. 15511, Mar. 27, 2018>
공단은 보험료를 3회 이상 체납한 자에 대하여 제81조제3항에 따른 체납처분을 하기 전에 제1항에 따른 분할납부를 신청할 수 있음을 알리고, 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 분할납부 신청의 절차ㆍ방법 등에 관한 사항을 안내하여야 한다. <신설 2018.3.27>
The Corporation shall, before taking disposition for arrears under Article 81 (3) against a person who has arrears in insurance premiums for three or more installments, notify such person of the possibility to apply for installment payments under paragraph ① and guide matters concerning the procedures and methods of application for installment payments, etc., in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Health and Welfare Ordinance. <Newly Inserted by Act No. 15511, Mar. 27, 2018>
공단은 제1항에 따라 분할납부 승인을 받은 자가 정당한 사유 없이 5회(제1항에 따라 승인받은 분할납부 횟수가 5회 미만인 경우에는 해당 분할납부 횟수를 말한다) 이상 그 승인된 보험료를 납부하지 아니하면 그 분할납부의 승인을 취소한다. <개정 2018.3.27, 2019.4.23>
If a person who has received approval for installment payments under paragraph ① fails to pay the approved insurance premiums for five or more installments (in cases where the number of installments approved under paragraph ① is less than five, it refers to the number of installments approved), without justifiable grounds, the Corporation shall revoke the approval for installment payments. <Amended by Act No. 15511, Mar. 27, 2018, Act No. 16363, Apr. 23, 2019>
분할납부의 승인과 취소에 관한 절차ㆍ방법ㆍ기준 등에 필요한 사항은 보건복지부령으로 정한다. <개정 2018.3.27>
