제92조(기간 계산) 이 법이나 이 법에 따른 명령에 규정된 기간의 계산에 관하여 이 법에서 정한 사항 외에는 「민법」의 기간에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

For the calculation of periods prescribed in this Act or orders under this Act, matters not provided for in this Act shall be governed by the provisions concerning periods in the Civil Act.
