①
중앙행정기관의 장은 기본계획에 따라 매년 개인정보 보호를 위한 시행계획을 작성하여 보호위원회에 제출하고, 보호위원회의 심의ㆍ의결을 거쳐 시행하여야 한다.
The head of a central administrative agency shall prepare an implementation plan for personal information protection every year in accordance with the basic plan, submit it to the Protection Committee, and implement it after deliberation and resolution by the Protection Committee.

시행계획의 수립ㆍ시행에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the establishment and implementation of the implementation plan shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
