정부는 국제적 환경에서의 개인정보 보호 수준을 향상시키기 위하여 필요한 시책을 마련하여야 한다.
The Government shall establish necessary policies to enhance the level of personal information protection in an international environment.
②
정부는 개인정보 국외 이전으로 인하여 정보주체의 권리가 침해되지 아니하도록 관련 시책을 마련하여야 한다.
The Government shall establish related policies to prevent the infringement of data subject's rights due to the cross-border transfer of personal information.
