제30조의3(사업주 또는 대표자의 책임) 개인정보처리자의 사업주 또는 대표자는 개인정보의 안전한 처리 및 정보주체의 권리 보호에 대한 최종적인 책임자로서 개인정보 보호에 필요한 전문 인력과 충분한 예산의 지원 등 총괄적인 관리 조치를 실효성 있게 하여야 한다.
