제46조(조정 전 합의 권고) 분쟁조정위원회는 제43조제1항에 따라 분쟁조정 신청을 받았을 때에는 당사자에게 그 내용을 제시하고 조정 전 합의를 권고할 수 있다.

① When the Dispute Mediation Committee receives a dispute mediation application pursuant to Article 43(1), it may present the contents thereof to the parties and recommend a pre-mediation agreement.
